Welcome to Village Home Cleaning! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using Village Home Cleaning services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

   Village Home Cleaning provides interior home cleaning services. Any details of services offered, pricing, scheduling, and other relevant information not contained on our website or in these terms can be provided upon request at (646) 584-3675.

3. Booking and Payment

   Customers can book our services online or by contacting Joseph at (646) 584-3675. We accept all major credit cards.

4. Our Guarantee

   If you are not content with your cleaning, notify us immediately with photos of missed surfaces (see our full cleaning checklist, under Services). We provide complimentary re-cleans, typically within 24 hours. We do not issue refunds for completed work.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

   We reserve the right to charge a fee of $49 for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. If you are not present at your scheduled cleaning time and your cleaner can't access the home, or your appointment is canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time, the full service charge applies.

6. Privacy Policy

   Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability and Insurance

   Our cleaners undergo a thorough onboarding process including background and reference checks. Additionally, we are fully insured as accidents can happen. We strongly recommend securing valuable and fragile items before our arrival.

8. Dispute Resolution

   Any disputes arising from our services may be resolved through negotiation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.

9. Changes to Terms

   We may update these Terms from time to time. Please review the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
